Kiambu is large — from Ruaka and Kiambu Town near Nairobi, to Thika in the east and Limuru in the highlands. Short daily visits work best in areas closer to Nairobi; for farther areas, longer shifts, overnight or live-in care are often more practical. We'll agree what works for your family and location before anything starts.
