Privacy notice
This notice explains how Sarah Adhiambo HomeCare ("I", "me") handles personal information shared through this website, by phone or on WhatsApp, in line with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.
What I collect
- Your name, phone number and the area where care is needed.
- Who the care is for, the type of support and the preferred schedule.
- Any details you choose to add about your loved one's routine or needs.
Please don't send full medical records through the website. If health details are needed to plan care safely, we'll discuss them directly.
Why I use it
Only to respond to your request, plan and provide care, and keep you updated. I do not sell or share your information for marketing.
Health information
Information about a person's health is sensitive personal data. I collect only what is needed for safe care, keep it private, and share it only with people involved in the client's care (for example family members you name, or their doctor or nurse) with consent, or where the law requires it.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to care are deleted within 6 months. Records for clients are kept only as long as needed for care and legal obligations, then deleted securely.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, at any time by contacting me on +254712045157. You can also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
